We chanced upon this gem of Mexican restaurant while driving around and went in for a quick lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and attentive service. The paintings and authentic decor looked beautiful. We had Camarones al Mojo de Ajo and Mojarra Frita - both items are comparable or maybe better to other expensive places, tasted great !!! Plan to spread the word.

Food is great. Prices are also decent. Service could be better though. Waiter only came once to ask if everything was fine and it was near the end of the meal. Had to ask a different waiter for a refill of our drinks. Same for the check. Was waiting for it to come
This is the most delicious authentic Mexican food I have ever had in my entire life. We will stop here on every road trip moving toward. The food is literally an aphrodisiac I feel like I am in heaven. I would literally drive an hour just to be able to eat this food again. Oh my goodness I feel blessed.
We had la bamba cater my 40th birthday party. My family went on a taco tour of dover to taste test all of the tacos. Awww tried carnitas carne and pollo at all 6 places we tried. We all unanimously agreed that la bamba has the best tacos. The guac was next level. We had 40 people and 120 tacos were demolished! I’ve never had so many people tell me how good the food was! They were prompt annd responsive in emails and we will only order delivery or get tacos from la bamba moving forward!
